Weaver. Jean Bertha. Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, 1st September, 2009, aged 70 years. A beloved mum to Caron and Claire, dear mother-in-law to Dave and Brad and a loving nana to Stephen, Daniel and Kaitlin. Jean will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Wednesday, 9th September, 2009 at 11.30am at Pentrebychan Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
