DILYS ANN PRYCE of 2 St Beunos Cottages, Berriew, who passed away on 26th May at the City General Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent, aged 59 years. Dilys was the beloved wife of Derek, adored mother of Paula and Mark, mother-in-law of Rob and Jackie, treasured grandmother of Bianca, Jake and Mia, much loved daughter of Ruby and the late Joe Pugh, sister of Trevor, Keith and Cynthia. The funeral was held on 8th June at Berriew Parish Church, the service conducted by Archdeacon John Thelwell, where there was a large attendance. Many relatives and friends turned out to show their respect to Dilys and a fitting tribute was given by Mike Owen of Travelmaster. The service was followed by cremation at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury. Donations totalling £2,100 were received for Ward 109 City General Hospital, Stoke-on-Trent, Welsh Air Ambulance, Berriew Parish Church and Cancer Research.
