Margaret Denise Morgan of Caernant, Brookside, Llanidloes passed away at her home after a long illness on Thursday 18th February 2010, aged 69 years. Denise was born in Llanidloes the daughter of the late Sid and Betty Jenkins and sadly predeceased by her eldest son Stuart in 1983. She leaves her beloved husband Geraint; Greg son and Alex; Jayne and Kelvin daughter and son in law; Beth and Leah grand daughters; Nigel and Carol Jenkins brother and sister in law; Sharon and Nick niece and partner; Lucy and Morgan great niece and nephew; Mrs Stella Morgan mother in law. As well as many other family members and cousins. The Funeral Service was held at St Idloes Church, Llanidloes on Saturday 27th February. The Rev. Alan Chiplin officiated assisted by The Rev. W.O. Meredith Powell who paid a tribute. The Bearers were Geoff Jones, David C. Jones, Noel Benbow and Neil Morgan. Service leaflets were distributed by Dai Phillips and Colin Breeze. Committal followed at Aberystwyth Crematorium. There were family flowers and donations amounting to over £1740 received for Meurig Ward, Bronglais Hospital, Aberystwyth and Llanidloes Breast of Friends. Funeral arrangements were by M. Jones & Son, Llanidloes. Thanks: Geraint and the family would like to thank her many good friends and neighbours whose care and kindness meant so much to Denise during her illness. Special thanks to the doctors and staff at Llanidloes Health Centre, Meurig Ward Bronglais Hospital and The Ambulance Personnel for their kindness and care. Also thanks to everyone for their support and sympathy, attendance at the funeral and for donations received. Appreciation is extended to The Rev. Alan Chiplin, The Rev. Meredith Powell and to Ian Hughes of M. Jones & Son for their kindness and help during this difficult time.
