Hughes. - The Funeral has taken place of Wilfred Henry Hughes, who lived in Wrexham, and died at Wrexham Maelor Hospital on 11th March, 2015, aged 86 years. He leaves daughter Sharon, son Jonathan, grandchildren Lois, Sophie, Grace and Chloe, and daughter-in-law Janice. Retired electrician formerly of Brymbo Steelworks and BICC Power Cables. The Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium was conducted by Rev. Godfrey K. Jones, Cremation was at Pentrebychan. Mourners were daughter Sharon and partner Nigel, son Jonathan and daughter-in-law Janice, grandaughters Lois, Sophie, Grace and Chloe; Nigel and Anne Lloyd; Mrs Olive Cayton; Mr Clive Cayton representing Tracy, Anna and Lee; Reg and Brenda Gabriel; Graham and Deb Steen; Ailsa Dunbabin; Sabrina Martin; Claire Venables; John and Hilary Mills; and Brenda Roe representing Tracy Smith, Gill Hughes and all staff at Pendine Nursing Home and all residents of Highfield, Pendine Nursing Home. Flowers were sent by daughter Sharon and partner Nigel, son Jonathan and daughter-in-law Janice, and grandaughters Lois, Sophie, Grace and Chloe.
